Please also endeavor to be as accurate as possible when contacting us with a booking enquiry, making sure not to provide incomplete or misleading information.

We often ask for a deposit of 25% of the total quoted price - this is to secure the date. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.

We can provisionally reserve a date, but only for 7 days. This is because we often have muliple enquiries for the same date, especially on weekends and during holidays. After that it is our policy to take the first confirmed booking. When the booking is confirmed, we will send you confirmation by email or post if required.

We are yet to cancel a private function, however in the extremely unlikely event that due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel - the band will not be held liable for any damages. Any booking is on a verbal agreement basis only, and is not a legally binding contract.

We also have full Public Liability Insurance.

We always work with the party booking us and we have not disappointed to date. We have made it our mission to provide all with the best experience possible! If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Requirements on the Night

It goes without saying that we come with electrical equipment, so the area at the venue that we are to set up in needs to be free from water and/or any other liquids. Water and Electricity don't tend to mix too well!

It is also preferrable for the area to be free from dirt or any other contaminents that could damage our equipment. If the venue is outdoors, we like the ground to be as level as possible and we do require cover for our equipment from the elements!

Regarding the dimensions of the area we will be setting up in; we do have some bulky equipment so if you have any worries in this department please let us know. (We have been known to fit into some suprisingly tight spaces!)

Power Supply - we require atleast 2 independant sockets (ie not sharing with any other equipment), although the more the better as we prefer not to overload internal circuits.
