Unfortunately due to many late notice cancellations we have received, we have had to introduce a cancellation policy.

The Policy is applicable to all bookings;

- Any deposit is non refundable.

- Cancellation within 30 days of the performance date, 25% of outstanding balance payable.

- Cancellation with in 7 days, the full amount will be payable.

- If due to any unforseen circumstances Eventine have to cancel, we will refund the deposit in full.
