Private Functions with Eventine
Eventine have performed at countless private functions over the years; from Weddings and Anniversaries to Birthday Parties and Leaving Do's. We understand how important your day/evening is to you which is why we endevour to provide a quality performance at all times, and present ourselves in the upmost professional manner. Subsequently, our reputation has grown and grown over the years and for this we are very proud.
We have spent countless hours perfecting our performance, scrutinising every song to squeeze the very best out of it that we can. We have invested time and money on our equipment to make sure we get that 'CD like' sound quality every single time we pick up our instruments. In eventine we also believe that Image is extremely important, which is why for every private function we perform at we dress accordingly. Our performance area is always kept tidy and free from the tangled nightmare of leads and electrical equipment often seen at live band performances. We have also invested in quality lighting equipment so that the performance looks as good as it sounds.
An evening with Eventine doesnt just consist of a band turning up, playing, then packing up and leaving. We usually play around two and a half hours of music split up over 2 sets, with a short break in the middle. Before, during the interval and after the band performance we play seemless music through our front of house P.A system. This can be provided by ourselves or by you on request. The music can be played until the very end as it is the last part of our set up to be packed down. This eliminates the dreaded stop in music before the night is even over! We are also more than used to working the evening around such things as meals and speaches, and have also been known to learn and perform first dance songs when given enough notice.

Eventine have played countless private functions over the years. We have invested alot of time, effort (and money!) into gaining the right tools to pull off a truly great show. We pride ourselves in providing a class act with a truly great sound quality. So how do we do it? Unlike many bands we don't just turn up, plug in and play. We have invested in professional sound systems and spent hours and hours perfecting the sound quality in a variety of venues. We set up the speakers in exactly the right way in order for the sound to be delivered to our audience in the best possible way. We have total volume and equalization control over every aspect of the sound, giving us the ability to meet the needs of our audience and make sure that everyone has an unforgettable time. In Eventine we only cover material that we know people will love. We only decide what to learn through suggestions and ideas about what people would love to hear on the night. Aswell as playing the common cover songs, we also try and be slightly different and play songs that people don't always expect to hear being covered. They always go down a storm. We are extremely passionate about how things sound. If one song doesn't sound as good as the rest, its dropped and replaced with a better one!
Eventine's set provides a great mixture of the songs that make you want to dance until you can dance no more, to the songs that make you want to scream the lyrics from the top of a rooftop! As a band we cater for all needs, including with prior arrangement such things as first dance songs. We can also provide other services such as a disco, eliminating the need for additional entertainment.
